If you are hosting more than one event per month or need multiple users to manage and create events, it is cheaper and easier to sign up for a subscription, which gives you the ability to create unlimited events each month with the option to include additional users.
Yes, subscriptions auto renew on an annual basis. You can email us at moc.evilmehtksa@troppus anytime to cancel auto-renewals and after the first year, you'll get a refund for any months in which the subscription was not used.
We do not provide refunds for single events, but we do allow you to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days and after the first year. After the first year, You'll only be billed for the months in which your subscription was active. Please review our refund policy for more information.
