Annual Subscription Refund
30 Day Guarantee
We stand behind our product, and with our 30 day guarantee you can sign up with peace of mind.
Within the First Year
If within the first 30 days you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund by emailing moc.evilmehtksa@troppus.
After 30 days, you can email us at moc.evilmehtksa@troppus. We will review each subscription license cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
After the First Year
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. If after the first year you would like to cancel your subscription, you can email us at moc.evilmehtksa@troppus.
Subscriptions after the first year are prorated
If you cancel your subscription after the first year, you will only be charged for the months in which your subscription was active after the first year.
Examples
Example: You create a subscription and within the first 30 days you decide to cancel. You will receive a full refund.
Example: You create a subscription and would like to cancel in the third month, we would review your cancellation request on a case by case basis.
Example: In the second year of your subscription you decide to cancel, you will receive a refund for any remaining months of the second year in which the subscription was not used.
Event Purchased Refund
If you purchased an event that was cancelled or did not meet your expectations, please email us at moc.evilmehtksa@troppus.
To best serve you, please send us an email from the email address that was used to create the event with the following information:
- Your full name
- The name of your event
- Place Refund Request in the subject line
